This interview is with Rev. Joseph Okello, a pastor from Pentecostal Assemblies of God Uganda. Joseph leads the IBS program (Internal Bible School) for South Teso Pastorate in Kumi district. In this conversation we discuss teaching pastors in Uganda, church planting, what North Americans can learn from Christians in Uganda, partnerships, and we hear Joseph's testimony.
